  • Please RSVP by November 1, 2026. We also ask that you please complete the allergy and transportation form so we can ensure your preferences are accommodated.

  • You will receive a wedding weekend itinerary in your Welcome Bags but please see below for times and locations:

    Ceremony - 4:30pm at Trinity
    Cocktail Hour - 5:30pm at Alexandrian
    Reception - 6:30pm
    Sunday Brunch - 9:00am

    Once we get closer, we will include bus pick up and drop off times.

  • The entirety of Wedding Weekend is indoors! We will have the courtyard at the Reception available if you’d like to step outside!

  • Our wedding is Black Tie. We encourage women to wear floor length dresses and men to wear tuxes.

  • For all wedding weekend events, we respectfully ask that you keep your little ones at home. If you are interested in local babysitters or need childcare, please let us know.

  • Yes! We were able to secure a room block at The Alexandrian. You are also welcome to use Marriott points!

  • Yes! Transportation will be available to and from The Alexandrian. Times will be confirmed and shared in your Wedding Weekend welcome bag and itinerary.

  • We are kindly asking that you refrain from using your phones or taking photographs during the ceremony. We are grateful for our photographer for capturing everything!

  • Please let us know about any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your needs.
